Water, Durum Wheat Semolina, Bread Crumbs (Wheat Flour, Yeast, Sugar, Salt, Wheat Gluten), Egg, Potato Flakes (Sulphites), Ricotta (Whey, Milk, Salt, Food Acid (Lactic Acid, Citric Acid)), Cheddar (Milk), Salt, Margarine (Emulsifiers (471, 472c), Antioxidant (304), Colour (Carotene)), Parmesan (Milk), Pecorino (Milk), Emulsifier (471), Parsley, Cheese Powder (Milk, Modified Starch (1450), Mineral Salts (327, 339), Anticaking Agent (551)), Flavour (Milk, Flavour Enhancer (635)), Acidity Regulator (Lactic Acid), Spice. Pasta: Egg (12%). Filling: Ricotta (11%), Cheddar (10%), Parmesan (2.5%) and Pecorino (2.5%).

Preparation Instructions

Cooking Directions Boil 3-4 litres of water (salt to taste). Add pack contents to boiling water. Tip 1: Don't separate the pasta before cooking. Simmer for 6 minutes. Drain & serve. Tip 2: No need to stir pasta when it's cooking.

Storage Instructions

Keep refrigerated at or below 4ºC. Product may be frozen. If frozen fully thaw pasta in the refrigerator before cooking.
